I have been a personal trainer since 2011. As a busy mom to three young kids under six I know first hand how hard it can be to get your workout in. That’s why I not only create you a personalized workout plan I also come to you to train you. On the days I don’t see you in person you’ll have your workouts loaded into the Training Peaks app so you’ll know exactly what workouts to do to stay on track.
Working with me starts at $250/month and you get the following:
One to three in home 45 minute personal training sessions a week.
A personalized workout plan.
All of your workouts for the days I don’t see you in person loaded to your Training Peak’s account which has a mobile app.
Unlimited access to me via e-mail. I will respond to your e-mails within 24 hours.
Monthly in person fitness check in where I measure your progress.
