I use the program Training Peaks to deliver all of your workouts. My athletes love it because it has a app which means you can access your workouts anywhere!

Personalized running and strength training workouts loaded into your Training Peaks account weekly
Access to me as your coach! E-mail me any questions you have and I will get back to you within 24 hours. There are no limits on the number of e-mails you can send me!
Monthly coaching calls. You can schedule a monthly coaching call to discuss your training, pick my brain, discuss your goals or anything else that’s on your mind. This will help make sure we are on the same page. Communication is key with virtual coaching. Calls are done through skype.
Access to my running Facebook group. Anyone can join and it’s a great place to find support while you’re training!
