I am a running coach for runners who want to become stronger, faster and more efficient runners. All the athletes I coach have strength training added into their running programs. If you’ve never done strength training before don’t worry I’m here to help. Strength training will help you not only become stronger but also a faster runner. It will also help reduce your fatigue meaning your runs will become easier!

I use the program Training Peaks to deliver all of your workouts. My athletes love it because it has a app which means you can access your workouts anywhere!

Working with me you will get the following for $150 USD/month:

  • Initial consultation call. I’ll get to know you and your life to help design a custom plan that works for you.

  • Personalized running and strength training workouts loaded into your Training Peaks account weekly

  • Access to me as your coach! E-mail me any questions you have and I will get back to you within 24 hours. There are no limits on the number of e-mails you can send me!

  • Monthly coaching calls. You can schedule a monthly coaching call to discuss your training, pick my brain, discuss your goals or anything else that’s on your mind. This will help make sure we are on the same page. Communication is key with virtual coaching. Calls are done through skype.

  • Access to my running Facebook group. Anyone can join and it’s a great place to find support while you’re training!

I have been a personal trainer since 2011. As a busy mom to three young kids under six I know first hand how hard it can be to get your workout in. That’s why I not only create you a personalized workout plan I also come to you to train you. On the days I don’t see you in person you’ll have your workouts loaded into the Training Peaks app so you’ll know exactly what workouts to do to stay on track.

Working with me starts at $250/month and you get the following:

  • One to three in home 45 minute personal training sessions a week.

  • A personalized workout plan.

  • All of your workouts for the days I don’t see you in person loaded to your Training Peak’s account which has a mobile app.

  • Unlimited access to me via e-mail. I will respond to your e-mails within 24 hours.

  • Monthly in person fitness check in where I measure your progress.

  • Access to my weekly running/fitness newsletter

  • Access to my supportive Facebook group.

What am I like as a coach? Here’s my training philosophy.

  • I believe fitness should build you up not break you down.

  • I believe fitness should meet you where you are help make you stronger.

  • I believe as we are all unique individuals our training plans should also be unique.

  • Training should be fun, flexible and fit your goals.

  • I believe your workouts should help put you closer to your goal.

  • I believe in rest days. You shouldn’t be working out every day.

  • I believe that strength training has benefits for both runners and non runners.
