Training Philosophy

What am I like as a coach? Here’s my training philosophy.

  • I believe fitness should build you up not break you down.

  • I believe fitness should meet you where you are help make you stronger.

  • I believe as we are all unique individuals our training plans should also be unique.

  • Training should be fun, flexible and fit your goals.

  • I believe your workouts should help put you closer to your goal.

  • I believe in rest days. You shouldn’t be working out every day.

  • I believe that strength training has benefits for both runners and non runners.
