What am I like as a coach? Here’s my training philosophy.
I believe fitness should build you up not break you down.
I believe fitness should meet you where you are help make you stronger.
I believe as we are all unique individuals our training plans should also be unique.
Training should be fun, flexible and fit your goals.
I believe your workouts should help put you closer to your goal.
I believe in rest days. You shouldn’t be working out every day.
I believe that strength training has benefits for both runners and non runners.
